Abstract
Baxi critically interrogates dominant human rights discourse, questioning its limits and exclusions. He proposes rethinking rights in terms of human dignity and lived suffering, challenging legal formalism and urging attention to voices and experiences often marginalized within institutional human rights frameworks.
