Abstract
Baxi critiques the indefinite internet shutdown in Jammu & Kashmir following the abrogation of Article 370. He argues that in the digital age, "internet access" is a gateway to the rights of free speech, education, and livelihood. The article analyzes the Anuradha Bhasin judgment, where the Supreme Court held that "freedom of speech through the internet" is a fundamental right.
